Story:
On July 3, 1844, the last Great Auk was wiped off the face of the earth. Before its demise, many scientists of the time were trying to get as many specimens before they were all gone. Many hired hunters to capture eggs and kill the birds for museums. In trying to preserve these birds, it was the tipping point of the Great Auk extinction?Ironic isn?t it? A suspicious fisherman named Matthew is sent back to a mysterious island to kill a Great Auk for Science in this award-winning film.
