Robert Hunter

Robert Hunter is an independent artist and best-selling author best known for his unabashed contempt for the conventional – in any medium – and his unique brand of lyrical alt-country-rock. A native of Danville, PA, Robert has released three EP’s during his short music career. OUTTA MY MIND (2016) and AFTERGLOW (2017) were celebrated critically, and his third album, REVIVAL, arguably his best yet, showcases his stream of consciousness writing style and lyrics that reflect a sense of loss and vulnerability. The melody in “Gravity Hill” brims with a universal understanding of the push and pull of life. Robert released the album and first novel, Relapse: A Love Story in 2018 to coincide with a year-long book and record tour Inspired by his wife, Becky, a cancer survivor at age 26. The “Relapse and Revival” Tour was the first of its kind, a mix of lyrical and literature, and the epitome of Robert’s ride-til-the-wheels-fall-off mentality traveling 160,000 miles and playing over 600 shows in all 50 states in 52 weeks, which is documented in an upcoming reality series set for release in early 2024. Fame/Less follows Robert and Becky as they navigate life, career and their marriage while living in a 300-square foot motorhome during the nationwide tour.
