Attended AZ Compass Prep in Phoenix, where he averaged 14 points per game as a junior ... was a MaxPreps Junior All-American Honorable Mention ... reclassified in the Summer of 2022 to join the Wildcats starting with the 2022-23 season ... won a gold medal while playing for USA Basketball at the FIBA Americas U16 Championship, where he averaged 9.2 points and 5.7 assists in the six games ... prior to transferring to AZ Compass Prep, Boswell played for Centennial in Corona, California ... as a sophomore, he scored 26 points - including six 3-pointers - in Centennial's CIF Open Division title game win over Sierra Canyon ... was rated as the No. 4 point guard in the 2023 class before moving to the 2022 recruiting class ... Boswell grew up in Champaign, Illinois
