Jesse Boy Wild

When I hear people saying I look like Mac Miller, Lil Peep, or Post Malone I don’t ever take it as a bad thing.  I think of it as fans associating me with some of my favorite artists and biggest inspirations.

My name is Jesse Boy Wild. I am charismatic, energetic and passionate.

My music is a mix of all my favorite genres of music. I have sounds and influences from Blues, R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Punk and Neo Soul music. The influences are evident in my shows.

When I am asked why I have some music that is happy and some that is sad, I say it is because the music I make is influenced by the emotional state I am in at the moment.

The purpose of my music is to influence other people to create, do what makes them happy and gets them through whatever they are going through (good and or bad). I believe I can do that by simply being myself and by making music that is relatable to the people who are interested in it.

At 17 years old I was a part of an All-Youth Elite Choral Group while attending Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda, Florida. The Choral Group beat local and state schools in a competition that resulted in them performing alongside a collective of the most Elite US Choral Groups at Carnegie Hall.

I play the following instruments: guitar, piano, trumpet and drums regularly, but I can play all instruments.

I always loved music since I was a child and it has always played a big part in my life. So, by the time I met the right people in 2015 it all just sort of came together and became something we did while hanging out. That turned into something more serious as people started to notice and vibe with the music that we made.

Since my music has taken off, I have started helping people who are interested in making music and getting serious about it. I have also been learning different skills that go into making music.

I like to help people with music because I remember how hard it was starting out... Not knowing where to start or what went into making a quality sound is definitely difficult as a newcomer.

I am also a tattoo artist and I have been doing that for over 7 years.
