Absolutely delicious recipes. I wish I could visit his restaurant!

This is awesome! I'm originally from Texas and love great steaks and cast iron cooking. When I moved to Connecticut, I was so disappointed that I couldn't find a good steak. I found most steaks at restaurants overcooked and covered in sauces. I was thrilled when I discovered Attilio's restaurant in New Haven, CT (Cast Iron Chef Chop House & Oyster Bar). The steak was cooked perfectly to my preference (medium-rare with only salt, pepper, garlic and butter). A properly-cooked steak with just a little seasoning will let the meat flavor come through. Attilio is a master with a cast iron skillet. I highly recommend his restaurant. Everything is cast iron-cooked and absolutely delicious. Attilio, I look forward to more episodes of your show! Craig

I love cast-iron chef and I am thrilled he is teaching his technique’s and sharing all of the knowledge he has learned over his years of experience.
I have enjoyed episode one and I’m looking forward to seeing the series. I have had the pleasure to watch the extraordinary growth and success of the restaurant, however now to get the tips first hand on how to make his delicious dishes will be amazing, what a gift!
