Charles Murray was an American film actor of the silent era. Murray was a comedian in vaudeville and on stage for 20 years before he began acting in films. His work in films included appearing in The Cohens and Kellys series with George Sidney. He appeared in more than 280 films between 1912 and 1938. He also directed five films.
