Story: Matthew Shotwell, the Bay Area's "Baron of Bud", is a Weed Warrior with a heart of gold and a code of ethics forged from his seafaring days as a Merchant Marine. Just as he was establishing a legitimate business in the medical cannabis industry the authorities pulled the rug out from under him. Matt was arrested, his dispensary seized and all of his product and cash was confiscated. But Matt never goes down without a fight. Along with his girlfriend, and a crew of loyal associates Shotwell is rebuilding a world class operation of franchisable dispensaries to provide medicine to those in need.
