Paradigm Pictures is a production company focused on developing comedic and dramatic narrative content while further developing their local Film Office and ecosystem in Peterborough Ontario. Paradigm Pictures started in 2013 as PWD Visuals and has evolved into a network of creatives available for production globally. Pawel Dwulit, a CSC Nominated Cinematographer and the owner of Paradigm Pictures, has created the Peterborough Film Office @ptboklfilmoffice which will catalog businesses interested in making their establishments available for location rental opportunities. Husband and wife comedy team Tamara Bick & Drew Antzis write, direct, act and produce. They have directed commercials for major brands such as Nike, VISA and NBC and have had the pleasure of directing many celebrities including Jon Hamm, Natalie Portman, Wayne Gretzky, Tiger Woods and Snoop Dogg to name a few. Tamara wrote and performed original shows on stage at Second City in Toronto and Los Angeles. She also guest starred in sitcoms including Seinfeld and Men Behaving Badly. Drew is best known as the first in-house director at Funny or Die, where he directed, shot and edited The Landlord starring Will Ferrel. Other favorites Drew & Tamara have written and directed include, The Instructor with Sean Hayes and Eulogy Punch up Artist with Jim Parsons. Pawel Dwulit and Bick/Antzis formed a creative partnership that began with the award-winning short film The Lottery Ticket. Since then, their slate is filling up with projects in various stages of production and development including a series starring Janet and Steve from The Lottery Ticket which, in turn, was inspired by Bick/Antzis stage show, Settle This Thing, which enjoyed rave reviews at Fringe Festivals in Toronto, Montreal and Chicago.
