Story: Danny Valentino is a hard luck middle aged New York City cab driver who has failed at trying to become an actor for 25 years but refuses to give up on his dream. Danny meets Malik, a producer looking for an unlikely star who’s short, fat, old and ugly. Danny’s perfect for the part and becomes a star overnight but Danny’s past and bad luck quickly catch up to him and put him in hilarious situations that threaten to make him lose it all. High Hopes is a story about never giving up on your dreams even when all the odds are against you.

From start to finish there's never a dull moment in this hilarious comedy. Dennis Cabrini's portrayal of Danny Valentino, a hapless loser and hot head who never gives up is entertaining to watch as his character evolves before your eyes.
