1600 ATLANTIC is a documentary previewing PEYTON WATSON?S SENIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL. LONG BEACH Poly, one of the historic schools in Southern California, has the best player in the state leading the way, Peyton Watson. Peyton, is a Top 5 player in the 2021 class and committed to UCLA. Alongside Peyton, his younger brother, Christian, the teams point guard and also a Division 1 prospect (Cal, Arizona, Washington St. offers). The man at the helm, Shelton Diggs, the Jack Rabbits Head Coach for the last 8 seasons, and winner of the CIF in his inaugural season (2014). With 9 players returning from the 2020 season including guard, Anthony Robinson , the additions of transfers 6?8 Jalen Pitre (Junior) and 6?5 Swingman, Lorenzo Marsh , Poly is loaded. The only thing stopping Poly from the history books is Covid 19, which has currently paused sports in California.
